Special Event Parking
To ensure limited interruption to daily campus parking activities, the Transit and Parking Department must be informed of all on-campus events requiring special parking arrangements at least two weeks prior to the event. It is the responsibility of any individuals or groups organizing an on-campus event to contact Transit and Parking. Events will be assessed and the inquiring party will be advised whether special parking arrangements and personnel are necessary. A representative of the Transit and Parking Department will work with organizers to coordinate event parking. Please see the Special Events Parking Policy for more details.
To make parking arrangements for an event, please fill out the Special Events Parking Request Form. You will be contacted after event parking has been assessed.
