What to do if your vehicle has been booted:

Boot on Wheel

DO NOT try to drive with the boot on. It will damage your vehicle. An extra fee of $100 will be charged in the event of an unauthorized removal or attempted removal of a boot.

Follow these steps to get a boot removed:

  • Call 575-7275 or go to the ADSB parking office to pay
  • Pay all outstanding citations plus a $30 boot fee in person or over the phone
  • Wait for Parking Control Supervisor to arrive and remove the boot

 

What to do if your vehicle has been towed:

Vehicles are towed because they have three or more and $50 or more in unpaid parking citations and other reasons as stated in the Parking and Traffic Regulations Sec. 10.

Follow these steps to get your vehicle released:

  • Call 575-7275 or go to the ADSB parking office to pay
  • Pay all outstanding citations in person or over the phone
  • Meet a Parking Control Supervisor at the impound lot west of Lot 46

 

What to do if your bicycle has been immobilized or impounded:

You have 60 days to claim your bicycle. Reasons bicycles are impounded can be found in the Parking and Traffic Regulations Sec. 3.

Follow these steps to get your bicycle released:

  • Check the Bicycle Impound List to see if your bike has been impounded
  • Call 575-7275 or go to the ADSB parking office to pay
  • Pay $10 charge and all outstanding citations in person or over the phone
  • Meet a Parking Control Supervisor at the impound lot west of Lot 46
