Transit and Parking Schedules for Finals and Holidays

Razorback Transit schedules and campus parking regulations will be as follows during final exams and the holiday season.

Transit:

Razorback Transit will operate on the reduced service schedule on Wednesday, November 25, 2009.

Night Route Service: There will be no night route service Wednesday, November 25, 2009.

Thanksgiving Holidays, November 26 and 27, 2009 - Razorback Transit will not be in service. There will be no Saturday service November 28, 2009.

Safe Ride will not operate November 25, 26, 27, and 28.

On Dead Day, December 9, 2009 - Razorback Transit will operate one bus on each regular route from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

During Final Exams - Razorback Transit will operate one bus on each regular route from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., December 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, and 16. There will be no night or weekend service from December 9, 2009 until Monday, January 11, 2010. Safe Ride will not operate December 17, 18, and 19.

During the December Holiday Break - Razorback Transit will operate on the reduced schedule December 17, 18, 21, 22, and 23. Buses will not operate December 24, 2009 through January 3, 2010. Reduced service will be provided January 4 through January 8, 2010. Full bus service including night and weekend service on all regular routes will resume January 11, 2010. Safe Ride will not operate between December 17, 2009 and January 10, 2010. Night Owl and Safe Ride service will resume Monday, January 11, 2010.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day - There will be no transit bus service or Night Owl service on Monday, January 18, 2010 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Parking:

Parking regulations will be enforced on dead day and during final exams. Lots 2 (between Plant Science and Memorial Hall), 4 (east of the Fine Arts Theatre), 7, 8, and 9 (north of the Home Economics and Agriculture Buildings), and 61 (around the McIlroy House) will be reserved on Saturday, December 12, 2009 for Reserved and Faculty/Staff permit holders who will be working that day. Resident Reserved permit requirements will be enforced until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2009. After December 16, Resident Reserved lots will be open for all permit types through Sunday, January 10, 2010. The Harmon Avenue Parking Garage will require permits or payment year round.
