Transit and Parking Maintenance Request
This form is designed to be used by the public to inform the Transit and Parking Department of parking maintenance needs on campus. Examples of maintenance requests include but are not limited to: damaged parking lots signs; overgrown vegetation obstructing parking lot signs; faded parking lot stall lines; pot holes in lots; faded yellow curbs, fire lanes or handicapped access designations; wheel stops out of place and; meters not working or damaged.
