1. Go to “My Parking Account” on the Internet and purchase your Student Parking Permit. You can pay for the permit with a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit card, or charge it to your student account.
2. Harmon Avenue Garage permits cannot be purchased on My Parking Account at this time. You can purchase them by mail, email or telephone. Please observe the following instructions depending on the method of payment you choose.
a. Charged to Student Account – send the student’s name, student ID number, contact phone number and duration of the garage permit desired, fall semester only ($250.06 ), 9 months (mid-August to May) ($375.12), or for the full year expiring August 15, 2008 ($500.12) via email to Teena Whitney at twhitne@uark.edu or by mail to Parking Office, 146 N. Harmon Avenue, Attn. Cashier, Fayetteville, AR 72701.
b. Paid by credit card or check – Mail to: Permits, Transit and Parking, 155 Razorback Road, ADSB 131, Fayetteville, AR 72701.Include the student’s name, student ID number, contact phone number and check made payable to the University of Arkansas for the amount according to the permit duration listed in item “a” or a completed credit card authorization form in the forms section of the Parking Permits web page. You may also call 479-575-7927 to use a credit card.
3. Please pick up your Harmon Avenue Garage permit and access card at the Parking Office on level 6 of Harmon Avenue Garage. Visitors to the Harmon Avenue Garage have 20 minutes of free parking. Take a ticket upon entry to open gate, park your vehicle and take ticket to cashier to pick up your permit and access card. The access card will be attached to a Harmon Avenue Garage Information brochure that explains how to use card. The Garage permit is applied to the clear box on Student parking permit.
Any outstanding citations must be paid before permits can be purchased.
